By using Travesolo you agree to these terms and the community guidelines.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older. By creating an account you confirm that you are.
• You agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy by ticking the box when you sign up. When we change them in a way that needs your agreement, we’ll ask you again in the app.
• If you share a live trip link, you choose who gets it. Anyone with the link can see what it shows until it stops working.
• One account per person, in your own name. Don’t pretend to be someone else.
• Keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.

Your pins and photos

What you post stays yours. You let Travesolo store it, show it to the people your settings allow, and put it in share links and map cards you create.

You can delete any of your pins: open it, tap ⋯ and choose Delete pin. To take out one photo or the video, show it on the pin and choose Remove this photo. A deleted pin is gone at once for everyone, from maps, feeds, profiles, groups and share links, and its photos and video are deleted from our storage. It can’t be brought back. Deleting your account deletes all your pins.

Only post photos you took or have the right to share.

Honest locations

“GPS-verified” means your phone reported you at that place when you dropped the pin. Faking it, for example with a mock-location app, breaks these terms. We may remove the label, the pin or the account.

Tips and meeting people

Tips come from other travellers and aren’t checked by us. Use your own judgement about places, prices and safety. Travesolo doesn’t screen users: if you meet someone from Travesolo, meet in a public place and tell a friend.

What’s not allowed

• Anything illegal in India, and anything on the never allowed list in the guidelines: sexual content involving anyone under 18, intimate images shared without consent, nudity, harassment, impersonation, other people’s photos or work, content that threatens India’s sovereignty, security or public order, and illegal goods.
• Selling, ads or asking people for money.
• Bots, scraping, or trying to break or overload the service.

Moderation

Anyone can report a pin, message, comment, profile or group. Moderators review reports, the most serious first, and can remove content, limit features, freeze groups, or suspend and ban accounts that break these terms. A pin reported for intimate images or for putting a child at risk is hidden at once, until a moderator has looked. Removed content stops being shown everywhere, and a removed pin’s photos and video are deleted. We keep a record of what was removed, so a report can still be checked. Price

Travesolo is free. If we add paid features later, the price will be shown clearly before you pay.

No guarantees

We work to keep Travesolo running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Travesolo isn’t liable for losses from using it or from relying on tips posted by others.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings or here. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.

Law and grievances

These terms follow the laws of India. Complaints under the Information Technology Rules, 2021: the app: Settings → Safety → Report a problem. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.
